Constitutional Crisis Already Here

Regular readers and blogosphere addicts will be familiar with the proceedings taking place at the United States Supreme Court that asks Justices to consider whether or not President-elect Barack Obama is qualified to run for President of the United States.

Sadly, the radio and online media are the only places you can find this news since the "mainstream" media have a complete blackout on the topic, which raises even more questions and seems to give all of this some additional credibility.

Last week,
I wrote an exclusive report on how my research turned up information regarding a curious Senate Resolution that was passed in April 2008 and how that Resolution could very well play a role in this case. I called it "The Senate Resolution That Will Help Obama Become President" because a casual reading of that bill clearly shows that this is EXACTLY the type of tool that will be used should this legal case become a full-blown controversy.

On second, thought I no longer believe that we need to avert a potential constitutional crisis because I believe we already have a constitutional crisis on our hands.

First, please allow me to present a few updates to this story because things are happening so fast these days. The most important developments recently are those that show a growing number of reputable voices lending their support to this issue:

The good news is that slowly but surely this story is picking up some steam and getting traction beyond the "underground" and "grass-roots" forms of media. It's no longer just pure speculation and "conspiracy theory" either because all of this information is a matter of public record.

So, to quickly recap, "conferences" at the Supreme Court level are private meetings of the Justices at which they review cases and decide which ones to accept for formal review. This case is set for a conference 12/5, just 10 days before the Electoral College is scheduled to meet to make formal the election of Obama as the nation's next president.

The Supreme Court's website listed the date for the case brought by Leo C. Donofrio against Nina Wells, the secretary of state in New Jersey, over not only Obama's name on the 2008 election ballot but those of two others - Senator John McCain and Roger Calero. This is a VERY IMPORTANT distinction.

This is PRECISELY why I think that Senate Resolution 511 will be in the news very soon. Read it for yourself because it's short and to the point - it directly speaks to John McCain's candidacy (since he was born in the Panama Canal Military Zone) and says he is eligible to run for and hold the office of President. Some of the clauses, however, I'm sure could also be used to justify Obama's candidacy even though the Resolution itself was not specifically written for and about him.

Either way, this is a SERIOUS issue since here we have lawmakers amending our Constitution behind closed doors without the American public even knowing about it!

If 4 of the 9 Justices vote to hear the case in full, oral argument may be scheduled. The action questions whether any of the 3 candidates is qualified under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that a president be a "natural-born citizen."

Again, this is why I think that Senate Resolution 511, which was created and passed back in April, could come into play. It will "qualify" McCain because the bill is about him, but I can see Obama trying to use some of the language and clauses in there to justify his candidacy too.

Any way you look at it, this is gross misconduct by our elected officials and the media is complicit since they failed be serve as "watchdog press" reporting on this when it happened. In hindsight, this is quickly becoming the election that destroyed the U.S. Constitution and thus the foundation that our great nation is built upon.

God help us.
