America's 10 Kings

Yesterday, we looked at the 10 Kings of the coming new world order (one-world government) that Daniel and the Book of Revelation refers to in the prophecies for the end times.

One of the biggest mysteries of end times prophecy is the identity of these 10 Kings who will rise to power as part of the Antichrist's one-world government. We speculated as to their identities as well as the manner in which they might conceivably rise to power on the world stage.

Another end times mystery is America's role in the last days scenario. Where is she? Is America not mentioned because most of the country will be taken away in the Rapture? Who is she? Is this nation and her President at the time the prophesied revived Roman empire and the Antichrist?

While there is much debate and evidence on both sides of the issue (I personally don't believe America is the revived Roman Empire in prophecy although I definitely could be wrong, and there is a strong case to support that), I was quite amazed today when I learned about something for the first time that not only made my skin crawl, but also made me think of these 10 Kings that I just wrote about yesterday.

THE U.S. PRESIDENT'S PEN IS MIGHTIER THAN THE SWORD

Look, I love this country as much as anyone else does. Still, let's be honest and admit from the start that we've unfortunately grown accustomed to Presidential Executive Orders being used to covertly subvert this nation, it's Constitution, and the will of its people.

In fact, we've seen this truth in action over these past 8 years. Yet, nothing could've prepared me for the history lesson I received unexpectedly today.

Did you know that in 1964 the
Ford Foundation funded an outfit called the Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions to write a new constitution for our nation? Did you know that on March 27, 1969, President Richard Nixon divided the country into 10 regions via the Government Reorganization Act?

Did you know that soon after it was
Nixon’s Executive Order 11647 that divided the nation into 10 administrative regions on February 14, 1972 (Federal Register February 12, 1972, Vol. 37, No. 30), which also established the Federal Regional Council for the newly designed 10 regions? Me neither!

This monumentally dangerous Executive Order went virtually uncommented in the press at the time. Carrying all the authority and power of a law passed by Congress, it was every bit as revolutionary as Mr. Nixon's trip to Red China. Without so much as consulting Congress, President Nixon by Executive Order divided the United States into ten federal regions to be run by "Federal Regional Councils." Excused as a new means to develop "closer working relationships between major Federal grant-making agencies and State and local government," the Federal Regional Councils represented a major step toward the era of Big Brother predicted by George Orwell. President George Washington had warned us to be weary of anyone who tried to divide our country into regions, but his warning obviously went unheeded.

Just think about it logically for a moment. Every grant received by local government entities comes with mandates attached. Nearly every governmental entity today has a Grant Writer on its staff. The Executive Order even stated: "There is hereby established a Federal Regional Council for each of the ten standard Federal Regions. Each Council shall be composed of the directors of the regional offices of the Department of Labor, of Health, Education, and Welfare, and Housing and Urban Development, the Secretarial Representative of the Department of Transportation, and the directors of the regional offices of the Office of Economic Opportunity, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration. The President shall designate one member of each such Council as Chairman of that Council and such Chairman SHALL SERVE AT THE PLEASURE OF THE PRESIDENT (emphasis added). Representatives of the Office of Management and Budget may participate in any deliberations of each Council..."

This Executive Order had been "telegraphed" on March 27, 1969, in a policy statement by Professor Daniel P. Moynihan, then a top Presidential advisor. Professor Moynihan, who was a former chairman of the Fabian Socialists' Americans for Democratic Action, told newsmen at a press conference the creation of Federal Regional Councils "has been something Presidents have been trying to put into effect for almost twenty years now," and Daniel Moynihan's assistant added, "No President has ever been willing to bite the bullet. Now we have done so."

Today, the United States preaches "democracy," but practices socialism and too many history professors worshipped at the shrine of St. Franklin (FDR) who gave the country an alternative to communism with his socialist "New Deal" which subverts our U.S. Republic. The proposed policies of the incoming Obama administration will only seek to revisit a similar agenda.

This division of our country into federal regions was so radical a step that neither (Democrats) John Kennedy nor Lyndon Johnson had dared make the move. It took Richard Nixon (a Republican) to so hypnotize the American public that our very form of government could be changed without eliciting so much as a yawn. Times haven't changed despite the fact that the calendar has just turned to 2009 or some 40 years later.

Now, why did former President Richard Nixon redefine the United States? Would you believe he did so because
the United Nations passed a resolution that the United States must reorganize into 10 regions? Believe it because it's all true!

I'M AFRAID THERE'S MORE! ARE YOU SITTING DOWN FOR THIS?

It's funny how these columns seem to write themselves some times. I mean, I recently saw a preview for
the new Frost/Nixon film that will hit theaters in a few weeks, and decided to do a little research on both men mainly because I wasn't alive at the time when that story unfolded.

Since I look at EVERYTHING I encounter through the lens of the Bible and Bible prophecy it's uncanny how some facts and figures will literally jump out at me. Often times, they are the kind that seem to have an interesting connection not only to major prophetic themes, but also to many of the topics we've been looking at here lately.

Take, for instance, all the time we've spent in recent weeks contemplating the untimely demise of the United States of America, the possibility of a Constitutional Convention, and the very real threat of a North American Union - - necessary for the eventual rise of the prophesied 10 Kings as well as a one-world government system.

So, you can imagine my surprise when I came across
an article by Nancy Levant that seemed to package all three scenarios into the most neatly wrapped Christmas present you've seen this past week. I can't explain it, but I just sense that there's a significance to all of this.

Can you name your Regional Directors? Who are these Councils, and where are their office buildings? Actually, you don’t know because they were not “elected,” nor are they mentioned on your nightly news. Your Regional Councilmen are “appointees.” Can you tell me who appointed them to regional power? Bet you can’t. And the reorganizing of our former nation, achieved more than 25 years ago, and of which you know nothing, certainly suggests that “government” as we knew it changed a long time ago. With all this information now in hands, ask yourselves what would happen in the event of a really big, national “crisis” the kind that we're constantly being told is right around the corner in 2009? What powers do your states hold, or for that matter, your counties or local governments hold - - especially since they are all bankrupt and have Regional Managers?

Ready for this? Now that you know your nation has been redrawn and redistributed, remember when earlier in this article I told you that a new constitution was written at the same time the country was divided into 10 regions? Ever heard of the Proposed Constitution for the Newstates of America?

Here's an excerpt from Nancy Levant's article I just referenced (hold on to your hats!):

"In 1964, the Ford Foundation funded an outfit called the Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions to write a new constitution for our nation. After 40 drafts, a staff of 100+ people, and at a cost of $2.5 million dollars a year, a decade later (1974) the Proposed Constitution for the Newstates of America was finished. Mind you - - a 10 year, $25,000,000.00 project. Let us therefore assume that the funding foundation(s) were very serious about this investment. And two years later in 1976, Mr. Nelson Rockefeller, who at that time was the president of the Senate, introduced HCR 28, which called for an unlimited Constitutional Convention - - the perfect tool whereby to dissolve our current constitution and implant the handily written new constitution - - and all without congressional oversight or public knowledge.

Didn’t go well for Nelson in 1976, but guess what? A new Constitutional Convention is right around our corners again - - with 32 states requesting the Con-Con, and with only 34 required for it’s convening - - and with most American states now totally, conveniently, bankrupt. Look at it this way: the Feds cannot possibly bail out 50 states because they’ve already given all our money away, right? And we can’t pay taxes anyway because we have no jobs. Gosh, what can the Feds possibly do to rectify this horrible situation?

Dialectically speaking, they’ve had their answer of choice in the wings for decades. It’s called dissolving state, county, and local powers for centralized power. Gosh, it’s the United Nations mandate for one world government and regionalization of the United States - - as commanded in the 1960’s."

What can we look forward to? Because we have strayed from Constitutional government and are now under Regional Administrative government (with the United Nations at the head), the caboose is starting to bang up against the engine. The economy isn't producing the revenues required to support all these socialists programs that have been implemented since 1973 (or those new ones that Obama would like to implement from day one despite the economy).

Unlike those on the Potomac who simply borrow more money for their programs from the Federal Reserve, who simply print money out of hot air - - with no gold backing - - state legislators must balance their budgets so they find themselves on the horns of a dilemma, and then they start making cuts.

And
the fact that an incredible 41 states are currently experiencing a "budget crisis" that will continue despite any assistance from the federal government makes the likelihood of a Con-Con all the more real. A recent study by The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities revealed that 41 states are facing severe budget shortfalls for 2009.

But economics aside, is there really any more lingering doubt that the prophesied rise of the 10 Kings and the one-world government is right around the corner? If there is, I hate to be the one to tell you this, but you're in serious denial.

Luke 21:28 - - "And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draws near."

Keep looking up!

Thank you for your well thought out analysis. Truth is stranger than fiction. Are you interested in taking this a step further? Ever heard of "Agenda 21"? Here's some very interesting links that support your thesis.. it's already alive and well in our communities around the United States under the provisions of the United Nations.

politically challenged,

Thanks for visiting and for taking the time to comment.

Oh yes, we've highlighted Agenda 21 in these parts before. The last time was back in June 2009:

Thanks for the links.
