Earlier today, we looking at the shocking reality that this country ceased being a Republic legally decades ago. In fact, the United States officially died back in 1972 - - long before I was claiming it was on life support - - when President Richard Nixon signed Executive Order 11647 that divided the nation up into 10 administrative regions.
We also learned that soon after the nation had been redrawn and redistributed a new constitution was written at the same time, and it was called the Proposed Constitution for the Newstates of America.
The Ford Foundation funded an outfit called the Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions to write a new constitution for our nation. After 40 drafts, a staff of 100+ people, and at a cost of $2.5 million dollars a year, a decade later (1974) the Proposed Constitution for the Newstates of America was finished. Mind you - - a 10 year, $25 million project! Llet us therefore assume that the funding foundation(s) were VERY SERIOUS about this investment. Two years later in 1976, Mr. Nelson Rockefeller, who at that time was the president of the Senate, introduced HCR 28, which called for an unlimited Constitutional Convention - - the perfect tool whereby to dissolve our current constitution and implant the handily written new constitution - - and all without congressional oversight or public knowledge.
Didn’t go well for Nelson in 1976, but guess what? A new Constitutional Convention is right around our corners again - - with 32 states requesting the Con-Con, and with only 34 required for it’s convening - - and with most American states now totally, conveniently, bankrupt. Look at it this way: the Feds cannot possibly bailout 50 states because they’ve already given all our money away, right? And we can’t pay taxes anyway because we have no jobs. Gosh, what can the Feds possibly do to rectify this horrible situation?
Dialectically speaking, they’ve had their answer of choice in the wings for decades. It’s called dissolving state, county, and local powers for centralized power. Gosh, it’s the United Nations mandate for one-world government, and regionalization of the United States - - as commanded in the 1960’s, and prophesied thousands of years ago.
But what exactly do we know about this Proposed Constitution for the Newstates of America? I don't think you want to know the answer to that question.
The principle author of this document was Rexford Guy Tugwell (Assistant Secretary of Agriculture under President Franklin Roosevelt), who directed a team of close to 100 socialist educators who contributed to the project. Tugwell claimed that our Constitution was too cumbersome and needed to be changed. He believed that it was possible to get this new "Constitution" adopted, and said:
"...it could happen that the present system of government would prove so obstructive and would fail so abysmally to meet the needs of a continental people and a great power that general recognition of the crisis would occur. There might then be a redrafting of the basic law, and, if so, then it might be that this model we have worked out over a number of years might be taken into account."
Hmmm, sounds like any politician in Washington D.C. today talking about the current financial crisis, doesn't it?
My eyebrows didn't raise, however, until I read this new Constitution itself. The immediate thing that stood out to me is that each Article is broken into two distinct parts - - "Rights" and "Responsibilities" for us citizens.
But that's nothing compared to some of the thing outlined in this constitution! It not only calls for the states to be divided into ten federal regions (called Republics), which would be "subservient departments of the national government," but says that the President would serve one 9-year term with two Vice-Presidents.
In addition, a hundred Senators would be appointed by the President for lifetime terms, not elected; and there would be 400 members in the House of Representatives. Each of the 100 Congressional Districts would elect three Representatives for three-year terms; another 100 would be elected by the entire country to serve 9-year terms, and only they could become Committee Chairmen.
If that's not enough to get your blood boiling, then consider that this proposed Constitution contains no guarantees of the freedoms that we now have under the Bill of Rights. For example, here are some chilling Articles from this new document:
Article I, Part A, Section 1: "Freedom of expression shall not be abridged except in a declared emergency." In an emergency, the government would have the power to curtail communication, movement, and the right to assemble.
Article 1, Part A, Section 8: "The practice of religion shall be privileged; but no religion shall be imposed by some on others, and none shall have public support."
Article I, Part B, Section 8: "The bearing of arms or the possession of lethal weapons shall be confined to police, members of the armed forces, and those licensed under the law." Private citizens would not be allowed to own firearms.
Article VI, Part B, Section 9, Subsection 8: "To assist in the maintenance of world order... to vest jurisdiction in international legislative, judicial and administrative agencies."
Two years later, these same people gave us "The Declaration of Interdependence," a document which endorsed a one-world government. The announcement was made at a meeting held at Philadelphia's Independence Hall, which was sponsored by the World Affairs Council (and had stemmed from a five point program they had announced in September, 1975).
The meeting was funded with a $100,000 grant from the Pennsylvania Bicentennial Committee. The document, written by Council of Foreign Relations (now, where have we seen that group come up in discussion recently?) member Henry Steele Comsmager began with this sentence:
"Two centuries ago our forefathers brought forth a new nation; now we must join with others to bring forth a new world order."
Friends, this is all fact not fiction, and a matter of public record. Do your own research if you don't want to take my word for it. Sadly, it's looking more and more like we're on the cusp of some intense changes to our current way of life. Now is the time to strengthen your faith, and to prepare for the spiritual warfare that could be thrust upon us at any time.
As Nancy Levant astutely stated in her column that first alerted me to all of this, "The current economic 'crisis' is the tool, the highly planned and patient tool, to set up the global governing bureaucracy for real and for certain with the second convening of the Constitutional Convention in the wings. The big wigs tried it before in 1976, and they are trying again, but this time having manufactured national bankruptcy as public fear-based appeasement."
She's absolutely right. Now more than ever, we need to open our eyes and pray for spiritual discernment because deception truly rules the day.
More importantly, it's crystal clear that the prophesied rise of the 10 Kings (whether they are of America origin or not is immaterial), the one-world government, and the Antichrist are close - - very close! What will you do with this information now that you have it?
Luke 21:28 - - "And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draws near."
Keep looking up indeed!
