I find this to be VERY telling and prophetic.
Check out the headlines on Drudge Report today or just watch the video of today's "Trader's Revolt" here:
The CNBC host calls for a new "Tea Party" as the Chicago floor mocks the Obama plan! And so it begins. You can hear the passion and aggravation and disgust in his voice, and he makes a logical case that I think resonates with the majority of people in this country.
All we want is for our government to keep their hands off so that the market can correct itself. At the very least, if you must do something then do anything except turning this nation into a Socialist Nanny-Welfare State. In fact, listen to the same Rick Santelli ranting about this first Bailout Bill from back in September 2008:
Of course, as students of prophecy who also recognize the multitude of various signs all around us (many that have nothing to do with the economy) we know that's not going to happen though.
Instead, we're continue to see a decline in confidence, a decline in the markets, the devaluation of the U.S. dollar, and many, many more job losses.
It doesn't help that many people like me echo his sentiments about how:
"The government is promoting bad behavior...Do we really want to subsidize the losers' mortgages...This is America! How many of you people want to pay for your neighbor's mortgage? President Obama are you listening? How about we all stop paying our mortgage! It's a moral hazard..."
I think the tipping point will be when they finally decide to nationalize all the banks. I can't see overwhelming public support for that policy initiative.
Wow! Unfortunately, it's only going to get worse.
