Fallen Angels, Nephilim, And The Shem

Ok, my brain is nothing but mush today. After a long, tiring weekend dealing with a flooded basement and a minor 24-hour flu bug (and getting no sleep in the process) I just can't process all the signs that are bombarding me today! In other words, I'm still trying to catch up.

Given the urgency I've been feeling lately, I think I'm just going to finish writing the commentaries I have lined up in the queue so I can get them published onto the Internet and into cyberspace as soon as possible rather than attempting to coordinate and time them a certain way. In case you're wondering, that's why I put something like 7 new articles up on the site within the last 24 hours alone. With that in mind, please be sure to check the left hand sidebar for Recent Posts and the Archives since only the last 10 articles will be shown on the Home Page from now on (meaning things will disappear from the Front Page quickly once I get rockin' and rollin' here).

In any event, I thought I'd try a new approach today and just write what I'm seeing and thinking off the top of my head. There won't be any real form or structure to any of this, but I know that many of you are keen enough to pick up on the things I often overlook. I'm calling on you today to be the iron that sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17).

Let's see if we can decipher this clue and apply it to our understanding of what's coming because I just have a strong feeling and know deep down in my spirit that there's something relevant and important about all of this. I'll begin by saying that the recent work by David Flynn has inspired me. Mathematics and symbolism is so vast and so deeply connected to these end times that it's all quite unbelievable if you couldn't independently verify it all for yourself. While the following is the research of others (mainly Goro Adachi from Etemenanki), I jumped for joy at these things I uncovered from others while conducting my own research.


THE FLOOD, FALLEN ANGELS, NEPHILIM, AND THE SHEM


We all know that Satan's goal is to not only destroy God's creation, but to attempt to usurp His throne using any means necessary. He knows he is going to lose in the end, but his intense arrogance and pride blinds him to the core. Along the way, he seeks to mimic and mock anything and everything that has to do with God and/or that resembles Him and His one and only Son Jesus Christ. Therefore, it stands to reason that throughout the course of human history - - even reaching far back into the times of antiquity - - Satan would use the lure of his secret knowledge of the ages to entice and deceive the world. In addition, it also stands to reason that he would do everything within his power to try and create a viable counterfeit of what he knows that God will produce in His own perfect timing. Keep this in mind as we continue on today since a lot of what we'll be looking at will be the fascinating (but transparent) parallels between Satan's counterfeit bastardization and God's divine reality.

In Genesis, the cause of the Great Flood is associated with the offspring of fallen angels and human women, or giants ("sons of God"), more properly called the "Nephilim":

Genesis 6:4-7 - - "And the Lord God said, My Spirit shall certainly not remain among these men for ever, because they are flesh, but their days shall be an hundred and twenty years. Now the giants were upon the earth in those days; and after that when the sons of God were wont to go in to the daughters of men, they bore children to them, those were the giants of old, the men of renown. And the Lord God, having seen that the wicked actions of men were multiplied upon the earth, and that every one in his heart was intently brooding over evil continually, then God laid it to heart that he had made man upon the earth, and he pondered it deeply. And God said, I will blot out man whom I have made from the face of the earth, even man with cattle, and reptiles with flying creatures of the sky, for I am grieved that I have made them." (Septuagint; the earliest version of the Old Testament Scriptures)

In some translations, the "men of renown" may be more accurately rendered as "the people of the shem." What, then, is the "shem"? Zecharia Sitchin writes: "The persistence of biblical translators to employ 'name' wherever they encounter 'shem' has ignored a farsighted study published more than a century ago by G. M. Redslob…in which he correctly pointed out that the term shem and the term shamaim ('heaven') stem from the root word 'shamah,' meaning 'that which is highward'" (The 12th Planet, pp.147-8). Others have referred to them as the "Annunaki."



The shem was also closely linked with fire and a stone; the shem, thus, was a "highward fire-stone." It is, in other words, apparently a reference to a meteorite. This is strongly corroborated by the fact that: "Shems were particularly associated with something called 'an-na,' which meant 'heavenly stone,' a term that was also used to define a shining metal. The use of the word shem in respect of its ‘shining’ aspect is apparent in the alternative name for Prince Utu, brother of Inanna…His epithet was Shem-esh: the Shining One" (Laurence Gardner, Genesis of the Grail Kings, p.120).

So, what we have here is that the shem was a "heavenly shining fire-stone" while the Nephilim, i.e. the offspring of the Fallen Angels (also called the "Shining Ones"), were the "people of the shem."
The shem also figures in the tale of the Tower of Babel, which we just looked at in the "Babylon Rising" series:

Genesis 11:4 - - "And they said, Come, let us build to ourselves a city and tower, whose top shall be to heaven, and let us make to ourselves a SHEM (as mentioned, most translations place "name" here instead), before we are scattered abroad upon the face of all the earth." (Septuagint; the earliest version of the Old Testament Scriptures)

Again, the shem is directly associated with Heaven, and here it is additionally linked with the top of a tower, which makes the shem very much comparable to the Egyptian Benben Stone, which too is thought to have been a meteorite and was placed at the very top of a pyramid or obelisk.

This is an enticing avenue to go down because the Benben Stone and altar was the most sacred site of the pre-pyramid age Egypt. The Benben Stone was placed on top of a sacred pillar at the Temple of the Phoenix. It represents the rock that rose from the primordial mound of creation, and perhaps also as the petrified semen of the sun god, when he self-copulated and brought things into being.

The Stone was a complex achievement in world architecture, and like the pyramids, there is no explicit inscription to describe why it was created or what the real motivation was behind its dramatic scale and shape. It is thought of as the purest geometric form attained until modern times. Obelisks such as these were so massive that they were called "sky-scrapers," and they represented the male sexual energy being erected into the celestial womb. Just for fun, recall what we just postulated in the final part of the "Babylon Rising" series about the 9/11 attacks on the twin towers in New York City in 2001 being some kind of ritual event drenched in symbolism.


The Benben Altar is credited with cosmic origins and is associated with the Benu Bird/Phoenix of Osiris. The Phoenix represents rebirth, regeneration, and the calendrical cycles.The Cult of Benben was the largest and most influential of its day as it was the cult of the elites, who believed that the divine seed of the prodigal cosmic Benu Bird was manifested in the Benben Stone. "Ben" meant the meaning for human sperm, human ejaculation, and seeding the world. It was the center of the royal cult which built the pyramids. Benben partially represented the seed of Osiris, and the regenerative mystical powers that created Horus from the womb of Isis.

How amazing is that!?! I mean, we just spent a good amount of energy proving that a movement to condition us to accept the "fact that we are here because Aliens seeded this planet thousands of years ago" is underway, and here is the ancient proof that those responsible are doing all of this today because of their religious beliefs.

Remember, the ancient Egyptian gods and goddesses are the ones honored and worshipped by the elites of the so-called secret societies who are serving Satan and his dark forces by trying to pave the way for their gods and goddesses to return (as well as the prophesied future Antichrist himself who they believe is god). Social engineering, bloodlines, godly-hood,Hitleresque notions of Supermen and superior races, "Aliens and Atlanteans" - - they all fall into this "New Age"mix we're getting a heavy does of right now.

It may also be noticed that the Tower of Babel story conceptually parallels the saga of the Fallen Angels/Nephilim who were punished by God for overreaching just as was the case with the builders of the Tower.

"Iron meteorites" falling from the sky? The seed of the serpent god giving life to this planet, and returning to claim what's rightfully his? Well, this all puts a whole new spin on the strange events occurring in the skies around the world as documented in the article "Transform Your Mind: The Sky Is Falling!"

As mentioned, the Benben Stone connection to the Fallen Angels and Nephilim then brings us back to Osiris, the husband-brother of Isis, as ancient Egyptian theology equated the heavenly stone with the soul of Osiris as well as the Phoenix. What about the Phoenix though?



Hold on to your hats for this one! Since the Phoenix signifies the concept of resurrection, it may be inferred that the Benben/shem is symbolic of Osirian resurrection, which mythologically takes place with the help of Isis. Again, is a "full disclosure" type event on the horizon? I believe that it is.

And similarly, Jesus Christ - - to some, the Biblical version of Osiris, who is obviously Satan's counterfeit of Christ in ancient times - - is also interestingly identified in the New Testament with the cornerstone of the Temple that the "builders rejected":

Ephesians 2:20 - - "And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;" (KJV)

Acts 4:10-11 - - "Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner." (KJV)

This notion of a rejected cornerstone can easily be compared to the "rejected" capstone/Benben of the greatest Egyptian "Temple," the Great Pyramid. Combined with a cornerstone’s significance as the transition from the underground realm to the upper realm, the rejected cornerstone even echoes the Benben Stone being symbolic of Osirian resurrection (again, further reinforcing Satan's attempt to produce a forerunner counterfeit in Osiris as a Jesus archetype).


THE IMPORTANCE OF UNDERSTANDING ANTEDILUVIAN PILLARS


What do we know about how the "Brotherhood of Darkness" or those elite members of the so-called secret societies operate working behind the scenes on the world stage? Well, we know that they communicate and act using rituals and symbols, believing that both can unlock dark spiritual forces that they can wield to advance their agenda. It is interesting that many secret esoteric societies with secret knowledge and rituals (Masonry, Templars, Rosicrucians, Essenes, Followers of Horus, etc.) that existed throughout history under various names seem to have their roots ultimately in ancient Egypt or Sumer, if not Atlantis itself. This is key to understanding this next section.

Osiris was considered the ruler of the Golden Age known to the ancient Egyptians as the "Zep Tepi," or "First Time." This mythical realm, in turn, has been often associated with the supposed great antediluvian civilization that Plato called "Atlantis." In Plato's accounts of this lost world, the only clear reference to its geographical position is that it was situated beyond the "pillars of Hercules" (an ancient name for the Straits of Gibraltar at the western end of the Mediterranean Sea).

Osiris, correspondingly, was often depicted in the shape of a pillar by the ancient Egyptians. Could the two "pillars of Hercules" that represented a gateway to the paradisaical realm be now considered analogous to the Tower of Babel/"gate of the god," or more specifically to the the twin towers/pillars of NYC destroyed in the 9-11 terrorist attacks that we brought up for discussion recently? Could they be analogous to the two pillars of Solomon's Temple?


The imagery of two pillars is clearly evocative of the two pillars of Jachin and Boaz (symbolizing individual power and life) that stood at the entrance to Solomon's Temple in Jerusalem, the home of the Ark of the Covenant. They were made of brass (1 Kings 7:15), which has a most fitting implication as brass/bronze is considered to signify "the indissoluble compact between Earth and Heaven and the pledge of the everlasting stability of this covenant" (Chevalier & Gheerbrant, Dictionary of Symbols, "column"). Representations of these pillars are still found in lodges of Freemasonry, a large semi-secret and esoteric organization that carries within its mysterious tradition that of the medieval warrior-monks, the Knights Templar.

It is said that among the Templar legacies were almost certainly things they had obtained at the site of Solomon's Temple, which they had been allowed to use as their headquarters. It is known that the knights excavated the site and probably found something of great importance that may have contributed to the rapid rise to the top of the power structure in Christendom. So, it was quite obviously through the incorporation of Templarism that Freemasonry came to adopt the Solomonic twin-pillar symbolism.

That these pillars are relevant to our discussion is effectively confirmed by the imagery on one of the tarot cards called the "High Priestess" or "Papess," which shows a high priestess/female pope along with the pillars of Jachin and Boaz marked "J" and "B." Again, I only mention the occult here to give us additional insight and because we already are fully aware of the fact that our common enemies thrive in the occult as its the key to all their power (as much power as our sovereign Lord will allow them to have down here in order to fulfill His purposes).

The pillars of Jachin and Boaz also nicely relate back to the themes of the Flood and Atlantis as originally these Masonic pillars represented the "Antediluvian Pillars" erected by Enoch himself, Noah's great-grandfather, who is considered one of Freemasonry's founders!

According to historical record, Enoch had the foreknowledge of the coming Deluge and constructed nine hidden vaults in which he concealed certain knowledge. He then placed two columns at the site upon which were inscribed the "seven sciences" of mankind and such. The vaults were later found by Solomon while building his Temple. Enoch, therefore, can be viewed as a prototype of Noah and the vaults/pillars are another form of the Ark containing antediluvian, or Atlantean, "knowledge."

It is interesting to point out here that it is the non-canonical Book of Enoch that contains the most detailed account of the affairs of the Fallen Angels/"Watchers" briefly mentioned in Genesis. Also, that the number of Enoch's vaults was nine, combined with the twin pillars visually forming the number "11," raises the possibility that the date of the terrorist attacks on the NYC twin towers (9/11) was in reference, at least in part, to the Antediluvian Pillars and its connection to the WTC "pillars."

This takes on a greater significance if you begin to believe the growing body of evidence that something about those attacks just wasn't right (an "inside job" possibly?). Seemingly supportive of this, numerically, is the fact that there are exactly 111 days left in the year after 9/11. As it happens, the Sumerian version of Noah's Ark "was a cube - - a modest one, measuring 60x60x60 fathoms, which represents the unit in the sexagesimal system where 60 is written as 1" (Hamlet's Mill, p.219). In other words, the original Ark could be considered to have measured 1x1x1 or "111."

But what does all of this mean? What is this revealed information trying to tell us? The Lord has my undivided attention. I just pray that He helps me find a clear understanding of why this is important to write about today.


LOST AND FOUND


Goro Adachi has been a pioneer in the field of "making legitimate connections" as I like to call it. He pointed out long ago the persistent symbolic connection that apparently exists between high-impact world events - - especially airplane crashes (again, this gives greater emphasis to many of the things reported on here in this forum over the past few weeks!) - - and the theme of the Ark-Grail (see his 1999: The Ark of Sirius for example). The 9/11 event involving airplane crashes, needless to say, fits the pattern very well.

After some contemplation, Adachi finally found a reasonably sound explanation as to why such a symbolic link exists. An "airplane" is a perfect vehicle to carry the notion of the "air-plane" as in the "dimension of air" that is sandwiched between the planes of Earth and Heaven. Its relative position, therefore, is implicative of the familiar theme of the unification or "gate" of Earth and Heaven. In support of this interpretation, we find that in ancient Egypt it was conceptualized that the air god Shu was sort of a pillar that held the vault of Heaven above. This imagery is strikingly evocative of Atlas of Greek mythology who was condemned to bearing the Heaven on his shoulders for eternity after the great war with the Olympians. Atlas, in turn, is said to have been the first king of Atlantis, and in effect the embodiment of this legendary civilization!

Airplane crashes would therefore be analogous to the destruction of the antediluvian world (i.e. none other the the Great Flood), which may be conceptually thought of as the collapse of great pillars/towers/gate - - that is exactly what took place at the World Trade Center in NYC, and that is exactly was has taken place in recent weeks around the world.

Does the devastation and symbolic coherence imply something? Why so strong an echo of the "Atlantean" destruction in 2001 and now again in 2009? Could it be that like Osiris and the Phoenix, Atlantis is getting ready to rise again from its ashes now? Is the Ark about to be opened? Is the discovery of the fabled Atlantean "Hall of Records" imminent? Is full disclosure imminent maybe?

By asking these questions we find that another strange parallel exists. In 2000, before the 9/11 attacks, an underwater city with pyramidal structures was detected off the coast of Cuba. Researchers have been quietly examining this most enigmatic archaeological find behind the scenes. Fast forward to the present day. It was only a few weeks ago when the world was buzzing with the announcement that a "regular Joe" like you and me had possibly discovered Atlantis by just playing around with Google Earth one day on his PC. We are at this time simply awaiting the news of this paradigm-shattering revelation to break. Could this be relevant? It seems so.

The undercurrent esoteric theme of this coming summer appears to be "the rising" since we keep seeing this pop up in our faces whether it's in regards to Atlantis or President Barack Obama (amongst many other examples of his administration's use of this phrase, Bruce Springsteen performed his song "The Rising" at many Obama rallies! Check out this breathtaking YouTube clip).

Is the summer of 2009 going to be the beginning of the "resurrection of Osiris" (which has many levels of meaning) as we've all postulated it could very well become?


It should also be noted how this theme also appears to be entangled with Mars if not some other planetary body in space. What are we to make of all these and other connections? Proof from the Bible...Atlantis...Mars...The Solar System...Coming Judgment.

Was Atlantis on (gasp!) Mars if not another planet? Will we be told that mankind first started on the Red Planet (or another planet) before the Flood? One telling clue is the fact that the humans "free-running circadian rhythm" (i.e. the natural sleep-awake cycle without any external time cues such as sunrise, sunset, clock, daily routine, etc.) is not 24 hours as expected, but about 24.7 hours long instead - - that is, almost precisely the length of a Martian day!

Now, before you casually dismiss the mere suggestion that the world's leaders could try to "reveal" to us the "true nature" of our origins through some unprecedented "full disclosure" event, let's remind ourselves what we just saw in the international headlines days ago: Could Life On Earth Have Come From Ceres? and my personal favorite Life On Ceres: Could The Dwarf Planet Be The Root Of Panspermia? . Yes, it can happen.

Did man "fall" to Earth in an "exodus" from the Red Planet (or another planet) like a life-seeding meteorite and the knowledge-providing Fallen Angels? The shem was a "fire-stone" - - isn't this a potent allusion to Mars, the planet/"stone" of fire?

What was placed in the Ark of Moses, according to some scholars, were actually meteorites! Could the tale of Moses and his Ark, then, be another version of Noah and his Ark? Was the "Exodus'" of the Israelites led by Moses, then, actually a parabolic story about an interplanetary migration of man in the forgotten past? How easy would it be for Satan and his loyal minions to present it that way to us as part of the coming Great Deception?

Just a thought, but with the 9/11 event being a symbolic reenactment of the Flood (i.e. destruction of "Atlantis"), wouldn't the pattern dictate that the next event on this planet should be a mass exodus of some kind? But where would the destination of this exodus be? Where is our Promised Land? You guessed it: Maybe we'll be told that it will have to be the planet where we really came from.

By the way, I also just learned that "April" means "to open" (to open the gates?). The next few weeks could be unimaginable if not the prophesied beginning of the end!


CONCLUSIONS: WHAT CAN WE DRAW FROM THIS?


Are you kidding me!?! Good gosh, I think the veil is just about completed lifted! How much "unsealing" from Daniel 12:4 is left to give to us? These revelations seem too good to be true, and they all point to an understanding of not only "what's really going on," but that our Lord is about to move and act in such a way that He has never moved and acted before. Time is perilously short! We need to repent at this very moment!

"Dear Lord, I pray that you will not remember the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions. Please think of me according to Your mercy and for Your goodness' sake, O LORD. Lord I turn from all of those sins that I committed and I ask for Your help in washing the memory and thoughts of that sin completely from my mind. Please restore me to faithful obedience to Your Word, and fill me with Your Holy Spirit anew, so that I may keep Your commands all the days of my life. Lord Jesus, I invite you into my heart anew today, and I ask forgiveness for all of my sin. Jesus, thank you for dying for my sins and for forgiving me of them through your shed blood for me on the cross. Please take away all the sinful "old things" in my heart that defile me, and replace them with the 'good things' that you desire to grow in to my life. Please wash away all the sinful crud and tendencies toward evil and replace them with a hunger and thirst for your righteousness. I need your help, Lord God, in living this new life in Christ. Please send your Holy Spirit afresh into my life to help me, heal me, lead me and transform me. I also pray that your shed blood washes over me, protects me, and that I am counted worthy to escape the things that are coming upon this world in the form of your righteous judgment. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen."
