There's been a family tragedy.
We have just learned that one of my wife's uncles has taken his own life.
Please pray for us during this difficult time.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss in your family. Loss is so hard, however it comes. I will lift your family, wife's family and all who are touched by this in prayer that the God who saves will protect and comfort all in this time of need.

I am so sorry to hear that. I had a niece take her life a year and a half ago. Suicide is a very different loss. It is a wound that starts to heal, then rips, then heals, then rips. Thank the Lord that you are believers - can you imagine not having the hope of Christ in you and go through something like this? I'm so sorry for your loss.

I am very sorry for the tragic situation and I have been praying for you and your loved ones all week. The Lord has brought you to mind several times so I continually say a word for you.
I have not read the other comments yet but wanted to mention something. I am an ardent follower of your site plus others. I did find it interesting that you had finished the wonderful rapture/escape series and then this tragedy occurred. The Lord made sure you gave us your info and insights.
The Mexican swine flu has interesting timing. I find the fact that it is an unusual strain that has not been seen before and the timing of April both disturbing and compelling. I believe that this is a genetically manipulated strain and is purposely released for the dark holidays. I pray that it will fizzle out as the swine flu brouhaha of the 70s.
May the Lord have his hand on all of us and again my condolences to your family Jeff.
Suicide is a terrible terrible thing to do to oneself & one's family and friends. It is rooted in despair, and despair is the Devil's handiwork.
