So something about that CFR symbol I ended the last piece with caught my eye.
I never paid much attention to it before, but take a look at the lettering along the bottom -- "VBIQVE". What in the world does that mean I wonder? I decided to try and find out.
I guess I shouldn't have been all that surprised to find it associated with places like Greece and Rome, or that it was a "mystery" that involved "crowns" and that this was something that showed up frequently on coins back in that day.
I also learned that the meaning of the word "VBIQVE" is a Latin word found on ancient Roman coins meaning "everywhere". Its English form is "UBIQUE", which is the root word in English for "ubiquitous", which means "everywhere at the same time" or "omnipresent". Of course.
The CFR seems to be advertising they have the same "omnipresent" power of God while attempting to spread peace throughout the world on their "white horse."
So, let me get this straight. Note the symbol of the CFR from above again and you'll see the false Christ (a.k.a. Antichrist) riding the first horse (white) of the apocalypse found in the Book of Revelation. The figure is even depicted giving the "Roman Salute", which was later copied by the Nazis. To wrap it all up we have a saying along the bottom that reads "omnipresent".
Revelation 6:2 -- "And I saw, and behold, a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer."
My kids' "Fun-With-Numbers" book would tell me to try to find a connection with the number of the above verse. Hmmm, well, we're coming up on June (6:2 = June 2nd?) and President Obama's giving a "major speech" to the Muslim world on June 4th from Egypt with the Bilderberg meeting in Israel a few days later. Could that be related and/or mean anything I wonder?

As the first of Four Horsemen, John mentions a white horse in his vision of prophecy given to him by God. That white horse was given a crown, or power, to go forth conquering presumably the world.

Today, there is an organization that has as its logo, a man riding a white horse and has set about conquering the nations of the world via military, banking, judicial and political means. They subscribe to the belief that they alone are the only ones qualified to bring the Kingdom of Heaven to earth through their plans and orchestrations. Many people now know that organization as the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).
Let's keep an eye on this too folks.

Speaking of a peace treaty that may be confirmed in a few days, consider this.
I picked up the post below off a rapture forum and it gives a very interesting possible theory for the covenant that is to be strengthened. Please also make special note of the fact that this year is the 62nd week (62nd Feasts of Weeks or Shavuot) from the date of the original covenant, as theorized below.

The Covenant Strengthened?

In Dan 9:24-27 we are told of a covenant that is strengthened with the many. Could this be the UN Resolution 181 issued November 1947? (Resolution 181 was enacted 62 years ago, the number 62 should jump at you.)
The resolution is 19 pages long. In it, the UN laid out a partition plan for the area of the British mandate known as Palestine. The British had controled this area since Gen. Alenby defeated the Ottoman Empire in the region and took control over Jerusalem in 1917. (1917 just happened to be a Jubilee year)
The UN Setup a committee to provide a plan. The plan presented partitioned land for both a Jewish and Arab State and that the Jews and Arabs of the area were to be ready to take regional Control on April 1st 1948. The Jews were ready, the Arabs were not.
In May of 1948 when Israel declared independence Jordan decided to take control of the Arab areas along with Jerusalem. The UN Resolution 181 plan stated that Jerusalem was to be controled by the UN and Jerusalem was to be an International city. This did not happen as Jordan put barbed wire up and restricted access to Jerusalem.
All of this is History not fiction. The UN Resolution still can be found on the UN website and archives. The provision of Resolution 181 designating Jerusalem as an International city is still not completed.
Is it possible that the covenant that is spoken of in Dan 9:27 will be the treaty/covenant that is confirmed with the many for 7 years?

"And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations {will come} one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate."
If this is the treaty then would we need to look at Dan 9:25-26 and see if there is more to this than just His coming and dying for our sins? Have there been two decrees? One by Darius and one by the UN?
Eze speaks of the division of the Holy Place and defiled place. This can't take place during the Reign of Christ, He will not allow the unholy place to stand on His Mount. The division must take place before this. Will Jerusalem become an international city, that the UN controls and therfeore can say if a new Jewish Temple can be built, and to whom the UN gives a future world leader control of?
The treaty exists, as UN Resolution 181. It does exactly what the US administration is trying to do, and what the quartet is trying to do, and what the Jordanian King is calling for. Makes you stop and say, hmmmm?
This explains perfectly what the White horse is. The CFR's effort represents the work of the white horse and its rider. His purpose is to conquer while the masses think that his agenda is peaceful. His task is to bring about this New World Order through apparent peaceful means. Here is an article I wrote about it.

Jeff please look at this and give it some thought.
If we could take Daniel’s time line, which has calculated the end date as June 12, 2016, and we were to use this date as a starting point.
Going back 3 ½ Years would make the half way point December 12, 2012. Google this date and you will get Results 10,100,000 for December 12, 2012.
With these two dates known the beginning would be 3 ½ Years before that and it is June 12th 2009.
There is an EVENT that is about to happen. I don’t know what it is but there is something in the air that has the hair on the back of my neck standing straight up. Everything is driving me to be aware of this date (June 12th 2009). Everything tells me to look for this EVENT to take place in the Middle East.

While I agree with your statement about the event will be soon. Can we really presume to set dates? Does anyone tell the future to the date? Isn't this foolishness?
However...we can see everything else you say happening right before our eyes. If it happens on June 12th, I will eat my words and ask you a few more questions.
Our duty is to warn people of this impending event, all those who will listen, and I appreciate your effort. Bot more importantly we must relate this event to the gospel. Let's not lose focus on the gospel. Convicting souls, by by passing the intellect. Go straight to the heart. Law to the proud and grace to the humble. COnvict with the law of God, and save them by God's grace as we have been commanded to make disciples...everywhere. Fulfill the great commission.
