Despite my recent criticisms of WorldNetDaily (WND), I must say that I still continue to appreciate their no nonsense approach to issues that most Christians I know would rather avoid altogether.
Check out these two commentaries that appeared on WND today:
The Curse Of Comfortable Christians
It's About G-O-D, Not G-O-P
Like I said earlier, it's refreshing to find a news organization that's willing to be bold enough to stand for truth while encouraging Christians to take Michael Jackson's advice and look at the man in the mirror.
As we approach the day when we celebrate our nation's birth, let's get back to basics and remember the One who's responsible for helping our land to prosper for so long. He's the sole reason why we're still able to celebrate this day later this weekend.
Sadly, it may be too late to for us to pray for God to delay His divine and righteous judgement that's sure to befall this country, but it's not too late to pray for our own personal restoration after we've allowed ourselves to drift and get complacent and lazy.
Lord have mercy on us all.
What We're Praying/Talking About
Our faith in action, or our small contribution in trying to apply what we're taught in Hebrews 5-6 and James 2:17-26 for the benefit of our dear brothers and sisters within the Body of Christ...

I pray for judgment- beginning at the house of God-then the nations who continually throw blasphemies in the face of our God. Our nations and sleeping churches need a good smack of Wake Up judgment!!!! I love my soap box ! Shalom;)
(For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)2 Peter 2:8
Truly I say to you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city. Matthew 10:15
I could go on but my heart rate is going into the danger zone.
interesting? What is is that there were 153 people on the plane and one was saved. Supposedly 153 is a special bible number.
Grant Jeffrey's book Unveiling Mysteries of the Bible, says that a Christian army officer, named Lt. Col. R. Roberts, made a discovery more than a century ago. He too was curious about the odd number of 153 fish.
He goes on to list the 153 people who received a direct blessing from Jesus Christ, including the 70 disciples, 11 apostles, 10 lepers, 4 brethren of the Lord, the palsied man , the Centurion, Lazarus, Mary, Martha, the blind men, the possessed man, Nicodemus, etc.
Curious also is that in the catholic rosary there are 150 hail Mary's, it has been suggested that God wouldn't let that number be used in a disaster count.
