Cynthia McKinney Not In The News?

When it comes to applying Ephesians 5:11 and Matthew 10:16 in an attempt to expose the very real deception that exists and is ongoing in this world a good rule of thumb is to look for the news stories that you know should be important, but that aren't being covered -- at all -- by the national mainstream media.
Case in point, did you hear about the detention of former U.S. lawmaker Cynthia McKinney by Israeli forces? I rest my case.
Cynthia McKinney not in the news? Quite odd! She's made a career and a name for herself solely by doing everything she can to stay in the public's eye mainly through controversy. So, what gives? Why little to no mention this time around?
McKinney found herself in dangerous waters as part of her new affiliation with the Green Party (she was their presidential nominee in 2008, in case you missed that) she set sail for Gaza in a ship called the Spirit of Humanity, carrying "21 activists, medical supplies, cement, olive trees and children's toys." She says they were in international waters when she and her shipmates were netted by the Israelis, and refuse to sign a statement admitting guilt -- a condition Israel has placed on her release.
Maybe it's just me, but when American-Israeli political relations are already chilled to some of the coldest levels we've ever seen it, I would think that a story like this would have some legs. That's just me though.
Yes, it's true that controversy has followed McKinney (former D-Ga. Congresswoman) her entire political career it seems. For instance, here's a short list of some of the more infamous high-profile moments in the limelight:
> About a month after the 9/11 attacks, McKinney wrote a letter to Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal thanking him for his offer of $10 million to aid New York City -- an offer which had been refused by Rudy Giuliani due to the comments which accompanied it. The prince wrote that the US "should re-examine its policies in the Middle East and adopt a more balanced view of the Palestinian cause." It starts out a fair enough statement, though perhaps poorly timed -- not to mention slightly ironic coming from a member of the Saudi royal family -- but when he explains that these "policies" are America's support of Israel, he stops looking so nice. Alwaleed was all but blaming the US-Israel relationship for Sept. 11, and McKinney was loving it. She thanked him, reviled Israel's "atrocities," and concluded by suggesting that his highness consult with her office, which would advise him on what to do with the $10 million.
> She made national headlines in for striking a police officer who attempted to stop her as she tried to avoid going through the security line.
> She appeared with Louis Farrakhan, and advocated for Zimbabwean dictator Robert Mugabe.
> Her extremist views and allies haunted her during nearly every campaign she ran, and eventually were enough to ultimately send her packing (CAIR was a big name donor).
> In fact, The Washington Post wrote that she "received campaign contributions from at least 18 donors who are either officers of Muslim foundations under investigation by the FBI, have voiced support for Palestinian and Lebanese terrorist organizations or have made inflammatory statements about Jews."
> Whether it was the time she told USA Today that "My impression of modern-day black Republicans is they have to pass a litmus test in which all black blood is extracted," or the time she accused Al Gore of having a low "Negro tolerance level," McKinney had a history of racebaiting too.
At the same time, if I'm being fair about my commentary on her and her political career I must say that when I went back to research the "controversy" associated with this woman the only things I had a problem with that she got a lot of attention for (and consequently a lot of heat too; well-deserved heat I might add) are the things I listed above.
The others? Not very "controversial" when you look at them now a few years later. Things like:
> She has claimed that "money is the law of Washington, for both Democrats and Republicans alike."
No complaints there.
Still, I wanted to highlight this story because something about it stinks. Not sure what it is, but again you'd think that with foreign relations between us and our only true ally in the Middle East being what it is today (piss poor) thanks to the Obama administration, that this story about a former U.S. politician meddling in Israel's affairs would be a big one.
Oh yeah, McKinney even called a U.S. radio station from the Israeli jail where she was being held and the call was posted on YouTube:
If I had to guess, and this is merely pure speculation on my part, we already know she is Anti-Semitic as evidenced by years worth of actions and comments. We also know from Bible prophecy how the entire world needs to be turned against Israel and to view them as the "bad guys" in the world.
Perhaps this was a carefully designed plan by her to orchestrate such a situation and continue this theme that, "See, the Jews are bad because we were only on a humanitarian mission and they arrested and detained us for no good reason!" in whatever small way that she can.
If you think that assertion is just absurd, then please allow me to present you with evidence that might support my claim. Here's McKinney from I believe 6 months or so ago on CNN talking about a very similar run in she had with the Israeli Navy:
Look, I'm not saying we should just blindly accept anything and everything the nation of Israel does. However, we better be damn careful about our feelings and sentiments towards that tiny state and the support we give to certain groups and individuals that oppose the Jews because God's Holy Word has some pretty pertinent things to say about that piece of holy real estate and those who live there in regards to these end times.
Anyway, that's just a guess about what this is all about. I was surprised not to find anything about this in the mainstream news given the current status of our relationship with Israel and given McKinney's controversial past and wondered why that was the case.
Wait a minute! On second thought, she was a former Democrat! Maybe that's why the media didn't want to shine a light on her and this story.

and I refrain commenting ( even it s worth a book ) because I learned that especially in Christian communities, the blindness concerning this present "israel " and the Synagogue who stole it from Him, is causing friction between brothers in Christ.

I learned that what is happening overthere, is a ( satanic) trap, a trick, set up to devide His Body - IF His Body gives her attention to the situation there - instead of up to the Lord.
There is only ONE moment, the true 'Israel ' will be going to that piece of land there: when the two Houses will come from the Northernland,

and when there will be NO guile in their mouths

I looked at Webster's Dictionary for a definition of stupid and I found this under one of the entires: "Stupid Woman. Noun. See entry for Cynthia McKinney."
Kidding of course but this woman does none honor and dishonors many.
As for Israel, Lone, I understand that you may feel loathsome for it but I see it a bit differently. I may not always agree with what Israel does or how it does it but I also know that the media does not report the facts. Therefore, I give them a wide birth to protect themselves. They were right to stop the stupid woman because she represents a PR nightmare and a real threat in further igniting tension with the United States.
Moreover, in this world and in this time you may want to use a simple tool: "The enemy of my friend is my enemy." Satan has worked many angles. You may think he is control of Israel. I disagree. I see Satan as having an abode on earth ever since Islam was founded. "You shall know them by there acts". What good as Islam given us. Please name one that isn't trivial. Don't name zero, that came from the same region but prior to their "faith."
No, let's see what "the remnant" of Israel has done. Hmmm. More Nobel Prizes than I can count.
My friend, let's let God bless and chase. And let us pray for His guidance and discernment.
No need to try to judge Israel of the Jews or whatever you feel is proper to call them.

You call yourselves Christians? It is a shame how selective many of the commentators on this site have been when it comes to applying the teachings of the bible. Israel, for all the lip-service we pay to them, are not much different from the many other governments we admonish as being "terrorists" or "backwards." If you will turn off your television sets and research the relationship yourselves, you will witness the great disservice Israel is doing to America's standing in the world. The war in Gaza, or more to the point, the slaughter of defenseless Palestinians walled in like a caged animals in all corners by Israel and the complicity of the Egyptian government. Do you people understand that a great many Palestinian men, women, and children were either maimed or blown apart by a strong handed Israeli army (IDF) who exercised little restraint. Even though many you you fake Christians deny the fact that Arabs are indeed humans as well deserving of the same respect Jesus demanded we bestow upon our fellow human beings, they bleed our same blood and they feel our same feelings of pain and joy. Through your complicity, as american citizens, we have allowed our government to fund the destruction of a people that are trying to do what all of us HUMANS strive to do, LIVE. I am ashamed of you ideological christians that care more to dabble in political and social issues, while ignoring the foundation of your faith; the belief that all people deserve the same right to a dignified and purposeful life. In fact, to be frank, as a christians I find myself siding more and more with those that we have deemed to be "terrorists" "thugs." Their struggle against injustice and cruelty truly represents the conviction of Jesus. Next time before you call Arabs profane names and deem them evil, don't just pay attention to the news clips showing american and israeli bombing exploding, take the time to witness the results of those bombs. If you still can not bring yourselves to denounce the destruction and dismemberment those HUMAN BEING, you are no less a "terrorist" or a "demon" of whom you speak.
It is appalling to witness the arrogance and ignorance displayed in an attack upon one of the most 'Christ-like' individuals to be part of our weak, ignorant American society. This woman, a single mother from the south, has put her life on the line to question mass murderers, such as Donald Rumsfeld, about their behavior in awarding contracts to defene contractors who also traffic in child slave trade. Where the illegitimate 'state' of Israel are concerned, it is absolutely double-minded to support the slaughter of a massively under-armed, displaced group of people like Palestine. How could you be foolish enough to support mass genocide? This land was stolen! WWII was funded by the banking cartel monsters to bring the State of Israel into place and to establish the U.N. Wake up. The OLd Testament is Pagan, Satanism. People are slaughtered as a blood offering to 'God'. These people are so wicked, and their use of the 'usury' system of money lending was abhored by Jesus Christ. You need to do your homework, for you are patently false and the Devil is lying to you.
