In the Holy Bible, there are sections having to do with end times prophecies that talk about Christians being persecuted for their beliefs. What starts starts off as a violation of a person's rights quickly escalates until the punishment is death.

I know, it's tough to envision a United States of America where that could actually happen any time soon. Or is it? While the nation has been fixated on the Michael Jackson saga, the Health Care overhaul debate, and now the Supreme Court hearings, it is mostly oblivious to the biggest threat that is very close to becoming official law -- Hate Bill S. 909.

With possibly only a day or two left before a Senate vote on Hate Bill S. 909, this video that we'll get to in a moment is the political dynamite that could blow apart the pro-Hate Bill Democratic coalition in the Senate! In that sense, praise God for answering our prayers and giving us what should be a knock-out punch to this spiritual deception disguised as a political movement because we all know how passage of this Bill would be a serious surge in the persecution of Christians.

For those unfamiliar with this proposed Bill, if passed it would essentially make it illegal for any religious leader (i.e. Ministers, Pastors, and Priests) to preach anything from the Holy Bible that talks about homosexuality as being a sin. On second thought, the ramifications of passing this Bill are far more dangerous than that if you can believe it.

S. 909 is a direct violation of the First Amendment. Plain and simple. It allows the federal government to prosecute people involved in "hate speech" transmitted over television, radio, and the Internet! In other words, if a talk show host engages in "hostile" speech against a person or persons of the Bill's listed federally protected group, that talk show host will face federal prosecution and the prospect of a two year prison term!

How is this even possible you ask? It's because political organizations like the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) believe that freedom of speech does not extend to what they call racist groups. Here's the problem: The ADL and its partners on the so-called left have engaged in an orchestrated campaign to demonize groups and individuals that are not racist or separatist -- people like you and me. Remember the Department of Homeland Security's report on who classifies as a "domestic terrorist" as well as a similar report issued by the Department of Defense just recently? Well, there's a laundry list of the types of individuals this Bill if passed will single out and target.

This Bill imposes much stronger federal enforcement, which is also a clear violation of the Tenth Amendment. It grants greater power to federal prosecutors to prosecute hate crime laws by prosecuting those who have been found innocent by local or state courts! Yes, you read that correctly.

The current Bill will extend special privileges to gays and transgender individuals that are currently only granted to ethnic and religious minorities. The most dangerous part of the Bill, which is a direct assault against the First Amendment, is that it allows for the prosecution as accomplices in a hate crime for talk show pundits that the person who commits the alleged crime claims to influence their actions.

It features Attorney General Holder flatly stating that, despite promising to do so, S. 909 will not protect all Americans who are victims of violent hate crime. It will only protect a privileged minority, including homosexuals, blacks, and Jews. Secondly, Holder can provide no example of even one state failing to enforce the law against hate criminals.

Courtesy of the U.S. Attorney General, this video knocks the foundation out from under the Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Prevention Act. It proves S. 909 is both discriminatory against most Americans and unneeded!

So, this is what needs to be done. Yes, of course, prayer is our strongest weapon. However, if you're the type that likes to get your hands dirty (the "political activist" type who prefers to call their elected officials in Washington until they get the message), then you need to follow up on Senator Leahy’s outrageous stacking of pro-Hate Bill witnesses, including Attorney General Eric Holder, against only 2 opponents of the Hate Bill in the very brief Senate Judiciary "kangaroo" hearing. You also need to capitalize on Holder’s blunder of admission in Judiciary that the Hate Bill does not equally protect all Americans. He also said there is no evidence that states are failing to enforce state laws against hate crimes. Thirdly, he admitted that ministers, policemen, and soldiers will not be covered under the Hate Bill. Clearly, there's enough political ammunition to use to stop this movement in its tracks. The question is whether or not the good Lord will allow it to pass to help fulfill His coming plan for the ages. Either way, now is not the time for inaction.

This is just one part of a concerted and clandestine effort underway at the moment to set this nation up for an oppressive form of government. This Bill and other such legislation will be used to shut down, prosecute, imprison, and thus silence the opposition.

Do you still want to deny that we're in the prophesied end times? Get your spiritual house in order now before it's too late. No, this isn't motivation by fear, it's just the cold, hard truth.

I'm saved and I fear only the One who has power over my soul. I thank the Lord daily for the grace and mercy He provides me so that I can place my burdens about these things on Him and rest in Him. I only desire that you find similar salvation and peace of mind before it's too late.
