I'm not exactly sure why this came to mind today, but it has and as is usually the case that's when I know it's time for me to research and write about a particular topic. Where the Lord leads I will follow!
Have you heard of a man named Solomon Sami Azar? If not, don't worry because he might become a household name very soon if his prophecies are correct especially when I see that there are close to 1 million hits for the guy when you do a Google search for him. See, that's because Solomon Sami Azar says he is the messiah and so now we have him and Maitreya competing for that title here on Earth.
Of course, this isn't terribly surprising because we know from the Scriptures that in these last days we will see more and more of this sort of thing:
Matthew 24:5 -- "For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many."
Matthew 24:24 -- "For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect."
Mark 13:6, 21-22 -- "For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many...And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not: For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect."
Luke 21:8 -- "And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them."
Still, I wanted to highlight this individual because he actually contacted me and even left comments in the Comments Section! Yes, early on in this ministry (probably around October-November-December 2008) he began to leave various cryptic comments to several different columns I wrote.
I made a note to look into his claims at the time, but obviously got distracted by many other things. However, perhaps I got "distracted" for a reason and the Lord always knew He would lead me back to investigating this man at this precise moment in time for a specific reason.
It's an interesting thought because when you read about some of his "experiments" that he says will "change the world" it's EXACTLY the type of knowledge of technology that could be extremely valuable were a Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) or two, or three, or four, or five occur over the next few days as it appears and cause a doomsday scenario in its wake.
How perfect would that be? An Antichrist figure rising to power because he has "the answer" to fixing the world after a cosmic, catastrophic, global event? Isn't that just textbook? Could this be why this was brought to my mind to write about now -- several months later -- as a means of perhaps warning us about this guy should the unthinkable happen over the next few days leaving the world in a pre-Stone Age state? I guess

Here's a good primer for us. Back on the day after Christmas in 2007 (December 26, 2007) he wrote and published an article titled "I Am The Messiah" in which he asserts the following:
"My words will be understood by the survivors of global nuclear war..."
My name is Solomon Azar-I am the messiah.
1. Solomon means peace
2. Azar means fire in the first religion of the planet-Zoroastrian-also means fire-Moses was Zoroastrian - also Azar is the name of Abrahams father

Once understood- no more talks of an energy crisis- no more talks of greenhouse gases- no more talks of IRAN or any country to use radioactive material for nuclear fission- for I propose clean fusion-When this day comes and universally accepted by scientists worldwide- MANY WILL WANT TO KNOW WHO DID THIS- This is where I come in :) I will be a testament to all human beings of the power of one human who has embraced thru free will the love and light of god- to continue with endurance and sacrifice to perform acts in the name of god and humanity

I have been told to say- the human race has done well- the progress over many years is commendable and we as a race of species should fully understand and be happy at the stage of progress we have attained-Now for the next phase- I am the messiah- Christians have the hardest time with this- for they expect a vast amount of power to come along side the messiah- not some guy who looks like you and me- BUT HERE IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD-
Earth has been done many times throughout the universe- therefore prophesy and ability to predict future makes sense merely by observation- a time will come when man finds e=mc^2 and so much- WHEN IT DOES AND STANDS AT THE CROSSROADS OF UTOPIA OR GLOBAL DESTRUCTION-MANY WILL BE CONFUSED ON HOW TO CONTINUE- THUS- ONE IS SENT-
I am this one- I am like you- there are many levels upon this earth- and many can attain a level upon our actions- my actions have received the gift of conviction to be the messiah-(though it seems a hand of god has stepped in my life to create signs and coincidences for many as vindication to help my case). When this day comes and the media wants to know of the man who solved the energy crisis- I will tell them I am you- no different than you-our potential is infinite- our dreams are infinite-our abilities are infinite- WE AS HUMANS HAVE THE POWER AND KNOWLEDGE AND CAPABILITY TO BRING UTOPIA TO EARTH- THY WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN.
When we understand this completely and begin to treat all human beings as one race upon a majestic ship called Earth– our race will be 300 years from a complete utopian world- one in which our children will be officially communicated with the entire universe- WE WILL SEE ALL THIS IN SPIRIT.

Wow. Speechless, right? The depths to which people become deluded into thinking they're the one, true God. Of course, none of this jives with what we read in the Holy Bible so there you go. Make your own conclusions based on that. Still, you know that if this guy ever gets his way there will be many who will fall for the deception -- again, just like God's Word tells us will happen.
Well, for any remaining skeptics out there here's hard proof that prophecy is being fulfilled before our very eyes.

They may try to use the sun as a cover to hide their plans of destruction of cities which might be like creating a fire of sacrifice,a cremation of care ceremony to Molech and for the phoenix bird to rise from the ashes with whatever technology of corrupted LIGHT weaponry they have developed in the war against the saints.

Now the uppermost “Sun” symbol from that new crop picture points in the field toward the west-northwest, or close to where our Sun will set at 308o on July 7,
If our old Sun is going to die soon (Old World Order) (like an old phoenix), while a new Sun (New World Order) is going to be born (like a new phoenix), when might all of this be scheduled to happen?
Well, if we count the number of feathers in that “phoenix” crop picture, we can find 12 feathers in each spread wing, plus one head feather slightly above, to give 25 for the upper part of the picture. Similarly, we can find 16 spread feathers in its broad tail, plus one anomalously crossed feather, to give 17 for the lower part of the picture. Hence the total number of feathers for the entire picture equals 25 + 17 = 42.
That matches the number of full Moons (42) between July 11, 2009 and December 13, 2012, which is the last full Moon before the Mayan Long Count calendar ends

------Note the blazing fire underneath the Phoenix, this is a reference to Osiris. Remember that Osiris is the Sun but remember we have within that name Sirius. No one should forget how a blazing five pointed star is infact symbolism for the star constellation of Sirius. Whats funny is that Osiris is supposedly symbolism for Orion constellation.
From July 11th there are 42 months = 1260 days = 3.5 years before 21/12/2012 .
I [the blog author] believe this signals the coming of the antichrist, the first 3.5 years of the Great Tribulation! I don't believe these crop circles have much to do with solar flares as they do with the SUN = SON = SATURN = SATAN = ANTI CHRIST itself, and rebirth.

I've often wondered why people think this of themselves. That leads to wondering why people follow them.
It seems people are still looking for salvation but, for whatever reason, fail to believe that Christ is the Messiah.
It might be funny if it weren't so sad.

I must say this is the absolute least convincing 'messiah' that I could imagine.
And...you would think the Messiah would be proficient in English, spelling, diction, etc. (and have professional looking websites).

Listening to some of his video clips and reading his comments posted on Youtube, he is a very angry and bitter man... espousing the mass public as idiotic monkeys. I have no idea about the science behind his experiments. If they solve energy problems of the world and "saves" the planet from oil dependence, more power to him, but a messiah of the people he is not. He is a narcissistic ego maniac and more to the point he promotes one world religion and unity, which is a clear sign of false prophetic doctrine.
