Why is it that even when we have tacit admissions from New Age (a.k.a. Satanic) sources like the quote above we still refuse to believe that there are large groups of people in this world who are bent on establishing an entirely anti-Christian world system complete with an anti-Christ type of figure at its head?

You know, the more time I spend researching Benjamin Creme, Share International, the "Ascended Masters", and their "Maitreya", the more I become convinced that Satan -- if allowed to by our sovereign Lord -- would never let an opportunity to use a body of unholy believers like that to deceive the masses and to try to usurp God's place in society if he could.
That's why it behooves us to keep a watcful eye on them during this late and urgent hour. No, not because we're "fearful" of them, but because we know how people like that (not to mention the beliefs that they cling to) can lead astray those who are genuinely "searching for the truth", and we must not let that happen on our watch if there's anything at all we can do to stand in their way.

A couple of weeks ago, we looked at the unusual (and unexpected) juxtaposition between the Dali Lama's visit to Washington D.C. and Tiger Woods' "apology" and first public statement since his scandal began. In the piece titled "Unsealing The Messages In The Great Seal" we highlighted the likely prophetic significance of Buddhism in these end times. It's not just Tiger Woods bringing it into the "mainstream" a few weeks back, but we find Buddhism mentioned or referenced in just about every popular TV show (think "Lost") or film that's out at the theaters today (think "Avatar").
Why such a prominent position for a religion? Could it have anything to do with the fact that Buddhism teaches that we are all really 'gods' ourselves? Hmmm....
You might recall that the catalyst for that entry was William Frederick's The Dollar Code, which led us to the "Hollow Earth Theory" and this idea that there's supposedly a civilization living within the center of the Earth.
Of course, we examined that concept from a Biblical perspective and even suggested that the whole "Alien/UFO" and perhaps even the Nephilim might tie in to such a belief system. However, what was most striking (and relevant to the info I found today in my research as you'll see in a moment) was the POSSIBLE CONNECTION between all of that and Buddhism:
To begin with, the Buddhists, in their theology fervently believe in its existence. They believe it to be a race of super men and women who occasionally come to the surface to oversee the development of the human race. They also believe that this subterranean has millions of inhabitants and many cities, and their capital is Shamballa. The Master of this world was believed to have given orders to the Dalai Lama of Tibet, who was his terrestrial representative. His messages were being transmitted through certain secret tunnels connecting this inner world with Tibet.
Here's what's striking about that fact: According to Benjamin Creme, The Ascended Masters live in a dimension that hovers over the Gobi Desert -- a place called Shamballa!
He goes on to claim that the Ascended Masters ("ascended", as in "coming up from beneath the ground", just like this "Hollow Earth Theory" purports, and just like the Nephilim who are said to be buried beneath mountains, or even the "Locusts" from the "Bottomless Pit" mentioned in the Book of Revelation!) are led by "Sanat Kumara", which Theosophist Dane Rudyar referred to as "King Satan". Folks, it doesn't get any clearer than that.
Creme explains that the world has been continually infiltrated by Theosophists with what they believe to be consciousness-altering "light" in order to prepare us for the unity necessary to receive Sanat Kumara as our world leader and true spiritual identity. The next expected "avatar" (where have we heard that word EVERYWHERE lately?) who will bridge the gap between Western and Eastern mysticism will supposedly be Maitreya, who is one of the higher Kumaras, who will usher in the wide reception of Sanat Kumara.
Let's jump ahead. Would you believe that there's a DEFINITE connection between "Lucifer" and Maitreya? In his Tara Center's ad in 1982, Benjamin Creme stated, "What is the Plan? It included the installation of a new world order government and new world religion under Maitreya." At his Share International website, Creme has a question and answer format describing the teachings of Maitreya:
Do you accept the interpretation of Lucifer as the Fallen Angel of Evil?
No, I do not. I think this is a complete misunderstanding of Lucifer by Christian teaching. The name 'Lucifer' means, literally, 'light'. What's incredibly apparent to me is how Creme CONFIRMS EVERYTHING THE BIBLE TELLS US ABOUT LUCIFER, and yet he just expects us to ignore the truth because he tells us that we're wrong to believe what the Bible tells us about that spiritual being being "evil" per se. How could any logical, rational thinking human being not see right through this? I mean, he doesn't deny the Scriptures. He even says we should believe what the Bible tells us about Lucifer -- except for the parts that make him out to be a "bad guy" because that's just a big misunderstanding.

Ok, so given what we now know about the true spiritual nature behind Creme, Share International, the Ascended Masters, Maitreya, and their link to Buddhism (based off of their own approved statements) let's take things a step further and highlight another key similarity that MIGHT tell us something about where this movement (and the world -- if they have their way) is headed in the near future.
Maitreya, in another page at Creme's Share International website, gives his disciples a prayer for the New Age. This was the first time I had seen this, but it's undoubtedly eye-opening.
Read the following with not only the Buddhist belief that "Savior" is one's self and one's works as well as with Genesis 3:4-5 in mind ("And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall surely not die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods knowing good and evil."):
A Prayer For The New Age
I am the creator of the universe.
I am the father and mother of the universe.
Everything came from me.
Everything shall return to me.
Mind spirit and body are my temples,
for the self to realize in them
My supreme being and becoming.
Just think this through for a moment and you'll not only see why we need to be aware of all of this, but also how Satan is using it to set-up the world for the Great Deception. Would the real Jesus Christ return to deny God and give the same message that the serpent gave to Eve (the same message that Buddhism promotes) -- that we can become gods ourselves? Of course not!
Creme teaches that the "Christ Maitreya" has returned as the "World Teacher" and that his teaching is the art of "self-realization", or, in other words, that man has the capacity to become a god by occult initiatory methods.
"ALIENS/UFOS" -- AGAIN
I hope that by now you can see why it's important for us to be on guard against this group and anyone associated with it. There's still one more section to today's column though, and that's the role of what pop culture would call "Aliens/UFOs" in all of this.
So, what about Creme's recent comments regarding "Aliens" and "UFOs" and their importance to his agenda? For anyone who has doubted the direct relationship between Benjamin Creme, his people at Share International, and their "messiah" who they call Maitreya, and the so-called "Alien/UFO" phenomenon, the former group just keeps giving us more and more reason to take them at their word.
I'm not going to spend any more time delving into the reasons why I firmly believe that the "Alien/UFO" question is entirely spiritual (and Satanic) in nature, but instead want to try and highlight why we need to be mindful of its presence as Bible believing Christians who study the end times.
Why? Because one of of the most anti-Christian elements in the world today (i.e. Creme, Share International, Maitreya, and their supporters) is telling us -- quite explicitly -- that they have a DIRECT CONNECTION to what the rest of the world calls "Aliens" and/or "UFOs".
Here is just a sample of what was reported recently by Prophecy Proof Insights on this all-important subject (all bulleted notes below are direct excerpts from Wayne's website):
> "Creme again talked about the 'spiritual mission' of UFOs. He mentioned that UFOs change their frequency when they want to be seen and when they do not want to be seen."
> "Creme revealed in this interview that he is going to have a new book out in the U.S. about the spiritual mission of UFOs this summer. It will first be published in Japan later this spring."

That's a good place for us to end for now. Interesting that he would say that kind of thing given all of our looks at this "Alien/UFO" stuff within the whole "2010: First Contact" context, isn't it?
Folks, don't deceives yourselves about not only the existence of the "Alien/UFO" phenomenon, but also about it's spiritual roots that are wholeheartedly demonic.
By now, hopefully, it's become clear that Satan's loyal minions in this world will use it as a vehicle to hijack humanity's desire to "have a purpose" and "discover spiritual truths", and to ultimately deceive the masses during the Antichrist's rise to power.
Pray for discernment. Pray for the Lord's hand of protection over your heart and mind. Pray for other's eyes and ears to be opened to the truth before it's too late. Pray that you're counted worthy to escape the things to come:

I am struck by the comment that "everything probably would not be happening this year" but left the distinct possibility that it might. Even satan doesn't know the day and the hour but he's leaving himself an out with his followers. If the final 7 years starts this year he can say that he predicted it. If not, he can say that he predicted that also. Amazing that some folks are falling for this stuff!

there are many false religions and beliefs in this world today. they all have roots in older pagan worship of false gods.
several bible passages refer to the spirit of iniquity or the leaven of the pharasees, it was already apparent in the the times of CHRIST and of the old testament prophets!!!

To further support your conclusion on UFO's as satanic, it is to be noted that many years ago, the 2 foremost reseachers on UFO's, Jacques Vallee and John Keel BOTH came to the same conclusion, and both decided not to be further involved in studies. There IS sufficient documentation where encounters were stayed by the invocation of the Lord's name, and both of them did not take this point lightly. Neither should anyone else.
Could it rather be that this Maitreya person could transform into the Antichrist's False prophet instead of being the Antichrist? Since this whole movement of Creme seem to be so spiritual and religious, I would think that they would work towards the one world religion, and when Maitreya makes himself known to the world, that he would assist the Antichrist in being by consolidating all the religions into one... Just a thought.
Hey JRed, My son played rainbow six vegas 2 and told me he kept running into signs in the game like posters on the walls that kept saying "Mars awakens july 26th 2010 Nephilim" and it looks like a planet comming towars earth, but if you look at the planet it looks like a reptialian eye. Interesting find about Buddhism and the 'hollow earth' connection. I still think that this concept, and the bottomless pit concept, could be referring to a dimensional portal.

If I were guess, I would say that one world religion comes out of the Vatican and approved by the US.

I hate to spoil y'alls fun, but has it ever occurred to you that for the same reasons there are so many Christian denominations is the same reason y'all have so many guesses as to what we are supposed to be seein'? Didn't Jesus say "Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father." And before that he said, "So do not be afraid of them. There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known." Also, "So don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows."
If Jesus had meant for us to know, we'd ALL be agreein' and singin' the same song. But were not are we? And rest assure, he would have provided the answers, but whats more--he will. In due time, in due time.
I'm not tryin' to discourage you...even though I believe y'all are spinnin' your wheels. Satan is on to mankind, especially Christians like you, and he knows y'all are busy little beavers lookin' for what he has planned so you can spoil it. Just out of curiosity, and seeing as how none of us knows the day or hour of Christ's return...does anyone else ever find themselves contemplating other places to live? Who's to say how long the implosion of the US will take...seems like it could be any week now...but what if the Lord drags it out for years to come? As our liberties are eroded one by one, and the US slowly turns into a police state, the thought of leaving has occurred to me more than once. Then I think, is that just a lack of faith showing through? Maybe I'm just crazy.

Another thought: If there is one thing I have learn all these years, when ever there is a book, story or money to be made, controversy sells!! I don't think Raj is anything more than a writer who is out to make big money off his ideas.
Also, based on those 4 Youtube posts, the maker of those vids did not present himself/herself as one of knowledge and in fact misrepresented a lot himself/herself. And, it seemed the maker of those vids had more of an issue with the other vid maker than he did with whether or not Raj is the so-called Maitreya. On Raj's site Raj does address what others claim but it is clear to me he claims he is not the Maitreya.

Personally, I think there are so many divisions in Christianity because Satan has been so successful infiltrating the churches. There was much discussions and studying done in the 1st century church, but they were able to achieve much due to their singularity of belief and purpose.

I'm sure Satan has had a hand in division, no doubt, but as I studied protestant reformation and all that has come down the pike, I have noticed that man is a prideful, boastful entity. Many want to claim they have a grip on what scripture says, yet truth be told, the only thing they have a grip on is what they "think" they know. If what they say is presented with the right ribbons and bows, sheeple go right along with it until they suddenly become a movement of their own. A so-called "church" or denomination and no, I don't believe Satan caused all that.
You would notice the reformation started shortly after the invention of the printing press in the 15th century. Only 180 bibles were printed by 1550 and more followed that. Suddenly, many had access to scripture and soon groups of people began forming their own opinions of what it told them.
And yet still today, no one seems to agree on what the words mean. Everyone wants to impress us with their guess as who the beast is or where Babylon lies and on and on we go like a rudderless boat. Why do you suppose that is? Is God not the perfect one we believe? Of course he is, and so the question begs, why didn't he make it easy enough for common man to agree let alone scholars and great thinkers? One must believe God did that with purpose and reason.
On the other hand, man in his prideful, boastful evil ways, without any help from Satan, has done more to confuse and divide the world. Even the site you provide has many good words and truth, yet also mixed in is this mans beliefs of what he thinks God thinks. Is he wrong, is he right? Who am I to say? For 1500 years man walked after Jesus without so much as a belief in their hearts. No bibles to fall back on. Do they have a better Salvation? Or do we?
There is but one God and one Jesus and one Holy Spirit, never divided.
