Here's what I wrote in a post from the other day:
Just in case you think us Christians are the only "crazy nutcases" who believe that, I just read that the so-called "smartest man alive today on the planet" announced he believes in "Aliens" -- and thinks they're dangerous too! As some of you have written me to point out (by the way, thank you very much for that), I flew by that shocking story too quickly.
One of the most interesting things to me -- as to all of you (especially since we've talked about "Aliens/UFOs" really being demonic) -- is that one of the "Alien races" Hawking imagines are "bright yellow predators that kill their prey with stinging tails", which sounds an awful lot like this:
Revelation 9:3-5 (NIV) And out of the smoke locusts came down upon the earth and were given power like that of scorpions of the earth. They were told not to harm the grass of the earth or any plant or tree, but only those people who did not have the seal of God on their foreheads. They were not given power to kill them, but only to torture them for five months. And the agony they suffered was like that of the sting of a scorpion when it strikes a man.
Folks, it doesn't get any clearer than that, does it? Then again, this shouldn't surprise us because it's not the first time that Stephen Hawking has been associated with imagery from the Book of Revelation, but specifically Revelation 9.
In case you're wondering what it is that Hawking is envisioning in his mind's eye when he mentions these "bright yellow predators that kill their prey with stinging tails" I think we have to look no further than this:
It's called the "Chronophage" and it's the most expensive, most unusual looking clock ever created by man. We first reported on this monstrosity back in November 2008. You can read about it HERE and HERE. Be sure to read the commentary at the second hyperlink for some curious "speculation" from another Christian. It fits right in with everything we've been discussing here in this forum lately.
Yes, a picture says a thousand words, but wait until you see a few videos of this clock in action:

Is this another warning that God is sending to us through secular means in an effort to get the attention of the unsaved? Perhaps. Perhaps there are a few more "bread crumbs" in the secular world that He intends to use to lead us to the truth for those whose "spiritual eyes and ears" are open, but who refuse to read, study, and believe the prophecies recorded in the Bible.
What am I referring to? Well, I just learned that the Chronophage appeared in a 2009 Indian movie called Paa. The film is based on a genetic condition known as "Progeria" and places emphasis on...a father-son relationship.
I shouldn't even have to analyze that one for all of you. It should be pretty clear. The Tagline: "A Very Rare Father-Son, Son-Father Story..." superimposed over an image like the one shown speaks volumes I think. I'm absolutely speechless (again).
It also appears in this music video called "Mudi Mudi" from the same feature length film. The video itself has some curious religious symbolism throughout.
Popular phrases in that hit song include: "Mudi Mudi", "Gali Mudi", and "Udi Mudi". According to my research, they are translated as follows:
Mudi = Turn
Gali = the Lane or Street
Udi = Flying
Fascinating! I guess I should've expected that, huh?

What is it that you don't get? I'm a little confused by your comment.
Hawking describes what he thinks the so-called "Aliens" might look like and how they might behave.
His comments are eerily similar to what is described for us about the "locusts" that will come from the "Abyss/Bottomless Pit" during the last days that's written and recorded in Revelation 9.
I recalled that Hawking also helped introduce the Chronophage, which also depicts a rather strange looking type of "locust" creature, and I found the two news items -- 2 years removed from one another -- to be noteworthy.

In the old testament, the coming of the Lord is described as a hornet going out before the Israelites. A hornet is a bit like a locust that can sting like a scorpion. Hornets also do no eat grass, plants or trees like a locust does. These "locusts" are performing God's wrath as they are harming those without the seal of God. I believe what is described as a hornet and locust in revelation are one in the same.
Moreover, I believe these "hornets" and "locusts" are flying craft piloted by angels... the good angels that is. I believe the UFO phenomenon that humans witnesses are demonic in nature, however, I believe there is an extraterrestrial phenomenon with Holy Angels, as well. These angelically (read Cherubim here) controlled craft have been behind the scenes and not revealed to Earth's inhabitants since the Old Testament. Satan will attempt to create a juxtaposition to make people believe the watchers are good and these sky dwellers as evil. There in lies a great deception.
Look at the movie "Avatar"!! This movie is total Luciferian Propaganda. The attempt is to make inhabitants of Pandora to be sympathetic and the sky people to be evil with greed. They position the environment and Earth mother to be defended from alien invasion. This is a 180 degree juxtaposition of what we find in revelation.
This movie is not just morally bankrupt. It is a movie to get viewers to sympathize with the fallen angels on Earth (like Pandora) and to view God's angels as the enemy.

I think we really need to hone in our discernment to hear the voice of the LORD as there is and will be much confusion. The LORD has HIS signs and wonders as does the enemy.

That was taken from the article about Hawkings. Interesting that Epicurus did not believe in GOD, but did believe in the possibility of mulitiple universes. (another 'reject of the Creator, but magnify the creation'). Many atheists quote Epicurus to their own demise.
This 'sending signals out to the universe' to see if there are any other 'life forms' is dangerous business as we know that it is the summoning of demons. Perhaps they know not what the do, on the other hand, maybe they do?
I quote 2 Cor 10 concerning what kind of war fare we are involved in. These people like Hawkings could very well be guided by familiar spirits (unknowingly).

I agree with your statement about Avatar. The other thing the movie promoted was transhumanism. We've explored this before on this forum (I would like to go a little further-not that I am capable at this point, but just putting that out there; hint, hint).
I thought it was interesting that Hawkings was a part of the article as he suffers from ALS. Wouldn't it be cool if the 'aliens' gave us their 'technology' so that cool people like Hawkings could 'transform'? Then it wouldn't take him so long to answer a question...
I thought his comment from the article was hysterical! I quote:

Ok. So we can take Hawkings word for it that there are "aspects of reality...we can't conceive" and yet when the LORD tells us that 'no mind can conceive (imagine) the things the LORD has prepared for those who love HIM', we can shuck it? hmmm...
If you were born 200 years ago, you would find that the cell phone, microwave, ipod and such are miraculous, would you not? It is rather hard to 'fathom, understand' how cell phones work, I mean really! So as I have pointed out before: watch the V show and how the 'aliens' have all this cool technology. It's not herbs and mirrors like in the old Testament.
Look, I had a dream several years ago that I would be reading a book that was 'alive'. Now we have Kindel books. In Caprica, one can have a piece of paper and 'turn it on'. Check out the new 100$ bill. Is not a book an image (an imagination/telling) of something? Is not a dollar bill a representation of wealth?
Consciousness is variable but image is everything-right?
