How do you create Economic Armageddon so that you can build from the ground up with a new Global Economy complete with a new Global Currency to help fulfill the end times prophecy of a One World Economic System?
Well, here's one way to do it!
It's called the American Power Act, and it's the new Climate Change Bill from Senator John Kerry and Senator Joseph Lieberman.
Even though Environmentalists say they are unhappy because this newest Bill doesn't go far enough, make no mistake, it's the start of the full-court press to expand government control over the energy and manufacturing sectors of the economy -- and impose a huge "global warming" tax on every American consumer.
Details are starting to leak out. Here's some of what Reuters is reporting...
-- Cap and Trade regulation of the utilities in 2012, creating a pass-through utilities tax for consumers...
-- Manufacturers come in line in 2016, causing American products to have a built-in carbon tax that, once again, is passed on to consumers...
-- Green carbon "offsets" which amount to nothing more than a global warming guilt offering...
-- Tariffs on overseas products, which is an admission that the Cap and Tax scheme will greatly increase the cost of goods produced in the United States and reduce our global competitiveness...
And here's the kicker...
-- A new "fee" (i.e. tax) on refined motor fuels (i.e. gasoline) as "the mechanism for reducing carbon emissions in the transportation sector" (Reuters).
While we do not yet know how large this gas tax will be, it must be large enough to cause people to use less gasoline in order to achieve the goal of "reducing carbon emissions", right?
A carbon tax on utilities, manufacturing and gasoline...all passed on to consumers.
This new mammoth Bill is also 1,000+ pages to describe a non-existent problem. I suppose if you make these Bills big enough, nobody will read them, and you can slip anything you want into them.
The new status symbol in Washington is "My Bill is bigger than your Bill!" Wake up America! All this legislation and massive overhaul by the federal government is nothing more than putting the final pieces in place before the start of the Tribulation.
The American Power Bill. It's all about power, isn't it? It's interesting how these names keep changing almost as if they are hiding something. The fact of the matter is that this Bill (like the others before it and already proposed) will lead DIRECTLY to the European socialization of America.
They will bankrupt America just as they're bankrupting Europe.

I study these things a lot for the company I work for regarding their financial impact. Cap N Tax, along with the Health Care bill are specifically designed to control just about every aspect of your life.
Think about 10, 20, 30 years ago. The levels of economic and governmental control essential for the Antichrist's brief reign were hidden deep below the surface. They aren't hiding anything anymore. Satan has become emboldened. His time has come. Then his time will end.

It is interesting to note that as it stands Cap and trade failed to pass in Australia this very year...I wonder what implications this has for the one yet to arrive. How will the countries who arent under domination cope or be treated? hmm food for thought..
