This is for any Clouding Seeding and/or Chemtrail skeptics out there.
Bulacan, officially called the Province of Bulacan (or Lalawigan ng Bulakan in Filipino), or simply Bulacan Province, is a first class province of the Republic of the Philippines.
They're also one of the first (China was the other during the Summer Olympics in 2008) to utilize Cloud Seeding techniques in a very public way...
Like many other controversial subjects, Chemtrails/Cloud Seeding was one that I stayed away from for far too long. It wasn't until this past Memorial Day Weekend when I decided to take a closer look from a Christian perspective.
Soon after, as in just this past week, this following video was brought to my attention...

As it turns out, the "science" seems to be going mainstream based on a quick Google search on the subject. Then again, this morning my wife and I were shocked to learn it had probably been there all along and we just chose to ignore it.
My son was watching a rerun of an old, short-lived cartoon (only 11 original episodes that first aired from 1976-1977) called "Dynomutt, Dog Wonder" (a lot of heavy symbolism in that one! like a Horus-esque Falcon superhero -- the "BLUE" [Azure Blue?] Falcon no less -- and a Sirius-esque "Dog Star" superhero). At one point, we heard the token "bad guy" say that he was going to use "Cloud Seeding" to wreak havoc on the "Big City" below!

Just out of curiosity, I wanted to take a look at some of the content from the other episodes. Incredibly, these "fictional" plots in a "meaningless" children's cartoon from the 1970s are those that should be very familiar to us given our studies of these end times.
Other themes with what I perceived to be the modern-day connection (and prophetic relevance?) in a mere 11 episodes...
Obviously, I had some fun with this, but how ridiculous is it that the SAME THEMES are present today in the real-world threatening our freedoms, lives, and well-being?
Yes, sometimes a cartoon is just a cartoon. No, I don't think all of this was put there intentionally to reveal some kind of "Master Plan" for the Luciferian Satanic slaves in this world. But I do think that when these sorts of synchronicities pop up like this in the most random places we should pay attention.
Who are we to say that our loving Father isn't trying to use the things we spend most of our time with (TV) to get our attention about some very important subjects that present a danger?

Angat Dam Water Level Rises Anew As Cloud Seeding Begins

MALOLOS CITY, Bulacan (PNA) — The water level at Angat Dam surged anew due to heavy rains pelting its watershed area amid the ongoing cloud seeding operations being conducted by the Bureau of Soils and Water Management.
The Provincial Disaster Management Office said that from 158.67 meters recorded on Thursday, the water level at the dam's giant reservoir rose to 159.76 meters Friday morning (8:00 a.m.) or an increase of 1.09 meters.
Dam officials earlier said that the water level will rise once the rains hit the watershed area.
On Thursday, the BSWM began their cloud seeding operation within the Angat Dam area.
Blessie Concepcion, cloud seeding operator of BSWM, said that it took them at least an hour before they scattered 300 kilos of salt around the dam's area.
She said they have to wait for the report of their spotter team who are looking for seedable clouds before proceeding with the seeding operations.
The factors to have rain are there, that's why there was high possibility to have rain in the Angat Dam area, Concepcion told local newsmen at the Plaridel airport where the cloud seeding airplane of BSWM was taking off.

Anyway, I found today's study of the surreal to be surreal with a capital S. Whether you want to acknowledge it or not, Chemtrails and Cloud Seeding is a reality.
So-called "Global Warming", preventing the effects of a drought upon a region aside, the question we need to ask is what are they doing and why are they doing it?
Pray for wisdom and discernment in these deceptive days.

it's just entertainment.
they aren't doing in your face programing or disclosures.
they just pick up on what is going on and what people are talking about and put in in movies or cartoons or videos.
Right, which is why I wrote the following in this piece...

Sure, there is some "mindless" entertainment, but that can't be said about all of it my friend. To ignore the power of Hollywood and what history tells us about the government/military's partnership with them since the 1950s is being intellectually dishonest I think.
Think about what Joseph Goebbels would've done if he had access to Hollywood like The-Powers-That-Be do today. What is a movie but a 2-hour commercial, or a chance to advance an agenda and brand a particular message to a CAPTIVE AUDIENCE that tunes in and turns off their discerning mind all because it's "just entertainment"?
It's about CONDITIONING the public to an idea so that if and when that idea becomes a reality it will be "no big deal" (or "not as big a deal") to the masses.
