Let me preface this by stating that NOTHING we do in this life should ever be about us.
What I mean is that ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that we do, say, and think in this life is for (should be for) our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ's glory, honor, and praise (Colossians 3:17; Colossians 3:23). At least, that's how I always try to approach each and every day. Sometimes it's easier said than done, but that's always the goal.
It's for that reason -- and that reason alone -- why I decided to accept the following invitation, and responded with a prayer for the Lord to use me in some small way (even though He certainly doesn't need me or my help) to spread the truth to a world that desperately needs to hear it.
What in the world am I talking about? Well, I hope that some of you can join us for the upcoming 2-day Supernatural Science & Prophecy Conference to be held later this week in Canton, OH.
Who's the "us" I'm referring to? Quite frankly, people I feel I have no business being in the same room with given their knowledge and the impact they've made for Jesus Christ...
In other words, these are the people who I have admired and respected from afar for so long and know I'll finally get the chance to meet them and thank them in person for helping me grow in my faith. I can't wait!
We're all familiar with the following verse...
If ever there was an event and a place to find watchmen declaring what they see, then this week's conference will be it!

too bad -- i've watched a lot of promising bloggers/writers get co-opted by their desire to "expand" . . . tempted by ego-satisfying "conferences" and "workshops" and internet interviews and hobnobs with The Celebrated
pretty quick they are subtly swayed to the points-of-view of those offering more "exposure" . . . happens all the time and we are all vulnerable to it, as most of us want to be heard
some v good stuff on yr blog -- the ceres work especially was fantastic and (unfortunately) timely -- tho todd at TTLG was a bit miffed (see what i mean about Internet Ego?)
one request: if possible please bump the type-points up a couple notches, it is so small as to be almost illegible for us ancients
i truly hope you turn out to be a servant of god, as you seem to desire -- i see so many who claim such, but very very few who are willing to walk the hard walk

Thanks Ray. Trust me, I share your sentiments, which is why I've tried to follow this "be still" command for the past few weeks by walking away from writing and podcasting even though there's so much I could be reporting on. Perhaps that was the Lord's way of making sure to keep "my ego in check", but I seem to think it's because something BIG and unmistakably prophetically relevant is coming very soon. I feel like we have two more weeks of calm. There is something about the new moon and the REAL Feast of Trumpets falling around 10-10-10 as well as the alleged UFO full disclosure target date around 10-13-10.
Throw in Congress tucking their tail between their legs for early dismissal. I think it would be good to check out what activity is going on at the Denver airport.
Keep watch
Heads up everyone. This could mean something or maybe nothing at all but I feel you should all be aware of the current situation going on.

This is not good news! This reminds me of the atrocities that were committed during the Vietnam War. Is this the result of burning Bibles? Psychologically removing God's word from the conscience? Just thinking!
