Absolutely incredible! What times we're living in! But, of course, we already knew that, right.
Still, the clock is ticking, folks.
I suppose it's also fitting that the word 'evolution' (an affront to Christianity since it was first used) was selected to describe this new currency. The Royal Canadian Mint created this too, huh? Interesting to associate the idea of 'royalty' with this whole concept given what we students of Bible prophecy know to expect about the coming Antichrist.
In addition, have you checked out their website 'The MintChip Challenge' yet? Check out the curious images depicted -- there appears to be a goat, wheat, and various symbols for money that could be considered a day's wages.

Truly, this is something for us to keep an eye on, especially since MintChip's CFO is scheduled to give a big speech at some financial summit in Toronto, Canada at the end of this month.
Personally, I still think that Nanotechnology will play a key role in the fulfillment of these ancient "mark of the beast" prophecies, but things like BitCoin and MintChip are certainly helping to pave the way to death and destruction.

ON the cusp of the post-penny age, the Royal Canadian Mint is preparing to launch a digital alternative to all coinage and small bank notes -- dubbed "MintChip" -- which it hails as the natural next step in the "evolution of currency."
The concept was quietly introduced on Wednesday when the Ottawa-based Crown corporation activated a website outlining its vision for the future of MintChip -- described as "better than cash" and "so easy even a child can use it" -- and invited software developers to begin imagining different ways the technology could be employed.
In fact, the mint is offering $50,000 in an old-fashioned currency -- gold -- to winners of a contest aimed at developing smartphone apps and other ways of demonstrating MintChip's benefits as a payment system for consumers.
And Marc Brule, the mint's chief financial officer, is scheduled to provide details about the MintChip initiative at a speech in Toronto later this month during the Forum on Canadian Payment Innovations, sponsored by the Canadian Institute business think-tank.
The contest "is a way for us to enlist software developers in creating proofs-of-concept highlighting the potential advantages of such a technology," Christine Aquino, the mint's director of communications, told Postmedia News on Thursday.
The mint states at the MintChip website it has developed prototypes and has five patents pending on "innovative technology" underlying the cashless payment system.
The "virtual" currency would, however, have physical forms, including microSD cards and USB sticks -- the flash drives used to transfer files between computers.
"The easiest way to describe it is that it's a small chip like you would find in your phone," said Aquino, describing the project as "part of the mint's ongoing research and development efforts."
The federal agency says the MintChip "could become the digital equivalent of the coins we use every day," but also suggests cash transactions using $5 or $10 bills could also be replaced by the system.

I think the interesting point is that the Royal Mint is putting this out - Canada's royalty is none other than the British (Zionist) royalty.
The Mark of the Beast in the forehead are those filling their minds with abominable things - a "Ring of Power" stamped into their minds by Digital TV, computers, etc. For most this process is even now occurring.
The "Mark in the hand" are hands (the WORK of the hands) doing abominable things going on right now - "crafts" - masons - plumbers - car repairmen - cable TV installers - phone installers - etc., etc., helping the beast destroy the holy and mighty men of God PEACEABLY. (So hidden that almost 98% of us don't recognize what is happening.) The A/C is giving $ kickbacks to those willing to "destroy." They are "destroying" peaceably. And in return for their "help" they are getting money now (the bottom is going to drop out of the money market and their money will be worthless) and will inherit a cell in hell forever. Turn and repent before it is too late.
The reason the Word says - watch because He's coming as a thief - don't be caught "naked" (without righteousness) - caught in the act of lieing, cheating, stealing, stealing, stealing, and destroying.
Many Christian web sites are hooked directly to the "beast" set up to deceive the people of god and keep them running in circles forever without ever seeing truth.
The reason it is called "the NET."
My advice is to GET INTO THE WORD OF GOD. You will ONLY find the truth you are looking for within the Bible.

Revelation is about the US - this is NOT replacement theology but expansion theology. When the Jews were dispersed, the tribe of Joseph (Ephraim/Manassah) came through the Isles - England/Scotland/etc. Ephraim has the greatest amount of "seed" (Jews - Israeli Jews). The Jews in the nation of Israel as it now stands are the Jews of Judah.
Judah plus Israel make up the "one new man." Ephraim is scattered across America and many are just now waking up to their connections in scriptures.
The coming of our Lord is very very close. If you are attending a church of Laodicea - WAKE UP.
This "game" has two goals: catching the "crafts" in abominations - "don't be caught "naked" (without righteousness)" - they are lieing, and stealing, and denting cars, etc. etc. The second goal is to separate the tares out of the church - "Only those that endure to the end will be saved." Sheep have deep roots and are not easily separated from the Christ they love.
Revelation for at least the first 9 chapters is about SOULS dieing (going dark - 1/3 of the stars) not the bodies of men (at least not yet).
The large army in Rev 9 (at least it appears to me) will be 1/3 of the entire world that are already dark killing another 1/3 whose "lights" (souls) have gone dark. 1/3 plus 1/3 = 2/3 of the men on the earth going dark. The "sea" of men - the pastors/shepherds are the "boats" of Revelation.
"Blessed are THE DEAD, that die in the Lord." (The DEAD church of Laodicea.) My hope is that DEAD in this scripture turns out to be the DEAD church coming alive in Christ, DEAD to self - dieing daily to the cause of Christ.
Last call for repentence folks. You MUST REPENT of your chasing after money - entertainment - false prophets - false healing services - Wallstreet - football - repenting of your addiction to TV (cable TV is programming your minds and you have the mark programmed into your minds).
Please, Jesus, let the scales fall from their eyes before they are lost forever. Please folks - wake up. Gone to a (false) healing revival lately? I courteously disagree, with utmost respect, with anything you write about current events having their place in scripture. Any scrap of information you like, you shoehorn into a worldview you have developed to satisfy and bolster your unfounded beliefs, thus strengthening your delusion.
If you invested as much of your energy trying to solve the issues that face humanity, as you do wishing for the 'end times', this world may yet be saved from destruction. Your religious beliefs, allied to those of Islam, will bring a cataclysm to this planet.
